Scania_se is the alias for Anna Fleuri Wolters’ solo project and interdisciplinary sound-work. She performs live, composes, screen-prints, and creates multimedia installations. Born out of an interest in repetition, distortion and malfunction, Scania_se samples and manipulates sound, text and image, moving back and forth between analog and digital techniques. These three mediums relate to eachother in a collage-like way, each informing and influencing the other. What binds them together is the same proces-led method of sampling, resampling and distorting.
